Korean Egg Fried Rice Recipe | (Quick+Easy+Tasty)
SERVINGS
Ingredients
- 200 grams rice - boiled
- 3 pcs egg
- 10 grams vegetable oil
- 45 grams scallion
- 3 grams ground black pepper
- 2.5 grams soy sauce - dark
- 3.5 grams oyster sauce
- 15 grams butter
- 3.75 grams salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add boiled rice. Break 3 eggs into the bowl. Mix the ingredients well.
- Heat a Kadhai on medium heat. Once heated, add cooking oil. When oil is hot, add scallion and then stir for 40 seconds. Add the rice-egg mixture and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add black pepper powder, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and then gently mix other ingredients. Add butter and saute for 1 minute.
- Add salt and saute until the ingredients are light brown.
