Egg Maggi Spheroids | (Unique + Creative + Quick + Easy)
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 100 grams maggi noodles
- 3 pcs egg
- 2.5 grams salt
- 50 grams onion finely chopped
- 40 grams tomato finely chopped
- 4 grams green chili finely chopped
- 10 grams vegetable oil
- 2 grams sesame seeds (white)
Instructions
- First of all, heat one cup of water in a pan. When the water gets hot, add Maggi noodles and mix it with water.
- Add Maggi tastemaker masala and mix well. Stir until the water is dry but ensure that there is some moisture left. Take out the maggi and transfer noodles in a bowl.
- Break three eggs in a mixing bowl, add salt, and whisk well. Now, add finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes, and finely chopped green chilies to the eggs, and mix well.
- Now, mix the egg mixture that we had made with the Maggi.
- Pour oil to an appam pan and spread with the help of a brush. Now, fill the mixture in the cavities with the help of a ladle.
- Pour the white sesame seeds over the Maggi and also roast from the other side.
