About Korean Egg Fried Rice Recipe: This recipe is a simple stir-fried dish mainly using egg, rice, and few sauces. It is simple and easy to make a dish that you can even make on a busy morning. It’s a quick and easy way to whip up a light meal and use up leftover rice and eggs. The most common seasoning for this dish is rice and soy sauce. However, I also use the oyster sauce with it as it adds depth to the flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams rice boiled
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 10 grams vegetable oil
  • 45 grams scallion
  • 3 grams ground black pepper
  • 2.5 grams soy sauce dark
  • 3.5 grams oyster sauce
  • 15 grams butter
  • 3.75 grams salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add boiled rice. Break 3 eggs into the bowl. Mix the ingredients well.
  • Heat a Kadhai on medium heat. Once heated, add cooking oil. When oil is hot, add scallion and then stir for 40 seconds. Add the rice-egg mixture and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Add black pepper powder, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and then gently mix other ingredients. Add butter and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add salt and saute until the ingredients are light brown.
