SERVINGS

Ingredients

  • 300 grams green chili
  • 10 grams vegetable oil
  • 3 grams cumin seeds
  • 1 gram carom seeds
  • 1.5 grams nigella sativa (kalonji)
  • 1.5 grams ground turmeric
  • 2.5 grams ground coriander
  • 2.5 grams salt
  • 30 ml milk cream (malai)
  • 120 ml milk

Instructions

  • Cut green chilies into small pieces.
  • Heat a Kadhai on medium heat and then add cooking oil.
  • Add cumin seeds, carrom seeds, nigella seeds and then saute for about 15 seconds.
  • Add chilies and immediately cover the pan for 20 seconds.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Now, stir to incorporate all ingredients.
  • Add malai and stir continuously for 15 seconds. Add milk and stir continuously for 1 minute.
  • Cover and cook for 1 minute.
