Oven-Baked Okra Recipe: Skip the fried okra (bhindi or ladies finger—whatever you call it) and oven roast it instead. This method is quick and tastes super delicious. This is my favorite method to prepare fresh okra.

Plenty of people think okra is weird and slimy but when roasted this way — pretty much everything tastes better, including okra. Trust me, it’s easy to make and even more delicious to eat, you can’t eat just one!
First of all, I have roasted gram flour and combined it with different spices and mustard oil for coating okras. Next, I have coated okra with the prepared spices mixture. Lastly, I have baked them to make crispy okra.
