About Korean Egg Fried Rice Recipe: This egg fried rice recipe is a simple stir-fried dish mainly using egg, rice, and few sauces.

- 200 grams rice boiled
- 3 pcs egg
- 10 grams vegetable oil
- 45 grams scallion
- 3 grams ground black pepper
- 2.5 grams soy sauce dark
- 3.5 grams oyster sauce
- 15 grams butter
- 3.75 grams salt
In a mixing bowl, add boiled rice. Break 3 eggs into the bowl. Mix the ingredients well.
Heat a Kadhai on medium heat. Once heated, add cooking oil. When oil is hot, add scallion and then stir for 40 seconds. Add the rice-egg mixture and stir for 30 seconds.
Add black pepper powder, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and then gently mix other ingredients. Add butter and saute for 1 minute.
Add salt and saute until the ingredients are light brown.
- Additions: You can add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Also, you can add sugar.
- Optional: The Oyster sauce is optional but it gives depth to the flavor.
