  • 200 grams rice boiled
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 10 grams vegetable oil
  • 45 grams scallion
  • 3 grams ground black pepper
  • 2.5 grams soy sauce dark
  • 3.5 grams oyster sauce
  • 15 grams butter
  • 3.75 grams salt


  • In a mixing bowl, add boiled rice. Break 3 eggs into the bowl. Mix the ingredients well.
  • Heat a Kadhai on medium heat. Once heated, add cooking oil. When oil is hot, add scallion and then stir for 40 seconds. Add the rice-egg mixture and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Add black pepper powder, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and then gently mix other ingredients. Add butter and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add salt and saute until the ingredients are light brown.



  • Additions: You can add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Also, you can add sugar.
  • Optional: The Oyster sauce is optional but it gives depth to the flavor.
