Bread Chutney | Instant, Super Easy Chutney in 10 Minutes
This simple and delicious bread chutney is a great side for idli, dosa, and uttapam. To make this chutney, all you need are some bread slices, plain yogurt, and a handful of kitchen-friendly ingredients.
- 100 grams bread 4 slices
- 70 grams plain yogurt
- 1.5 grams black mustard seeds
- 2.5 grams salt
- 6 grams green chili
- 2 grams curry leaves
- 1.5 grams vegetable oil
Remove the brown edges of the bread and then break them into small pieces.
In a blender jar, add bread pieces, yogurt, and green chili.
Make a paste and transfer to a bowl. Don't make an extra smooth paste, there should be some graininess to the paste.
